Changes for the new year....

As the new year rapidly approaches, I have been reviewing the current pricing.  At the beginning of 2009, I will have made some adjustments to the current pricing and collections.  Having said that, I am offering pre-paid sessions.  What this means is.....you pay the session fee prior to December 1st and you are locked in with the current pricing structure January 1st until March 31st.  The session doesn't have to be booked to qualify, but does need to be paid in full to receive 2008 pricing.

In fact, for the first 10 people who pre-book I will lower the session fee
to $150 (which includes a $50 print credit).

I love it when photography unites me with people I used to know......this mom and I worked together MANY moons ago.  We think it is been about 10 years since we have seen each other.  WAY too long in my opinion.  At any rate, she was referred by one of my fabulous clients (you know who you are!!), saw my photo on my website and the rest is history.  A lot has happened in 10 years.....we have both graduated from college, gotten married and have children!  It was so great seeing you again and meeting your beautiful family.  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek! ~Nat

The newest member....

...of our chair collection.  Many of you know I might have an obsession for chairs (this is NOT a confession....jury is still out! :).  At any rate, I got a wild hair to work on this chair and was pretty pleased with the final product.  I decided to take my oldest muse out and photograph the new prop.  Please let me know your thoughts. :)

Tough cookie...

I must admit, this little fella had me a "tad" bit concerned.  He seemed okay with me, but was NOT with my camera.  How is one supposed to get your cute 1 year photos if you don't like their camera?!? :)  Patience (or shall we say Puffs) paid off for this session.  Little man eventually warmed up to me and my camera and we captured some AWESOME shots.  I can't wait to show mom the rest of the gallery!  Thank you so much for a fun morning.  I enjoyed meeting you, little man, and your friend!  I hope she had a safe trip home.  Natalie

Isn't momma pretty!  She just happens to be pregnant with baby number 2.  I can't wait to see if Baby E has big blue eyes like her sweet bubs.

14 days old....

I must admit, I REALLY enjoy newborn sessions.  I enjoy spending time with the new/proud parents and their bundle of joy.  This family was no exception....in fact, we knew alot of the same people, which makes it fun.  Thank you for having me in your lovely home.  I enjoyed meeting you all.  I hope to see Baby E in the upcoming months!  Enjoy your sneak peek.  Natalie

Lil' Pumpkin...

Friday was a busy day!  I had the pleasure of photographing two beautiful creatures.  My morning session was with 9 month old little boy.  You might remember him from an earlier session when he was 6 months old.  I adore his sweet little smile and he has got to be one of the calmest little boys I have met.  I pray if God blesses us with a little boy, he is calm like this little pumpkin :)
 

 
This little outfit is a family heirloom.  I love it when clients have me photograph things with sentiment.
 
Dad and I worked hard for this shot!!  Keeping him on the rug and getting him to look back wasn't as easy as he makes it look in this image..........one day I should show some outtakes :)

Motorcyle Momma :)

I have known this beautiful woman for a VERY long time....and I can honestly say I NEVER thought I would see her with a doo-rag sitting atop a motorcycle.  This Harley has a special place in her heart, as it is her son's bike.  He has recently passed, and Harleys were a passion they shared.  I love you D, and am so proud of your strength and love.  You have been a blessing in my life.

we go way back...

My next muse has been around a long time.  We met when we were 9 years old and bless her heart, she still loves me!!  She is preggers with her second child and agreed to all my crazy ideas for this session.  She was definitely a trooper!  You will be seeing more of her and her adorable family over the next few months. We enjoyed our mini vaca to your house this weekend.  Thanks for the good times!

Sweet toddler...

I love meeting a spunky 2 year old who falls for all my old tricks.........over and over again.  Miss S was only 2 and such a good listener.  She cooperated the entire time (of course we had chips in reach!) and enjoyed looking at herself on the camera's LCD.  She reminded me of our little two year old.  I instantly adored her!  Thank you for a smooth session.

Better late than never......

Sorry for the delay on this sneak peek.  The girls went back to school this week and while one would think I had extra time, it seemed my head was spinning.  At any rate, I apologize for the delay.....as a result, I have given you extra photos in your sneak :)  I enjoyed seeing you all again.  What a great family you have!  See you in October.
